AP Literature: Jane Eyre Check-Reading Quiz today; bring a pencil. Reading journals are due by 3 p.m. in the Main Office.

Gifted English IV: Objective tests are graded. We will start the Victorian Age Lecture today. I have notes for each of you.

Gifted English II: We are going to look at language today, and review SAT List #3. I have a dandy article for each of you from The New Yorker about etymology and Fowler.

After school, I am not available--I have a department chair meeting, followed by a surprise party for Mr. Hattabaugh's imminent departure. Whooops. Not supposed to announce that. . .
